  • Maintenance Technician - All skill levels including Lead Tecnician.

    This role will include all aspects of maintenance inside of apartments or houses including; plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, and other types of general labor duties. Assist with the improvement of the properties and respond to tenant maintenance requests.  Previous experience with property management maintenance duties is desired and any background in apartment turnovers is very helpful.


    Applicant should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be in good physical condition. Seasonal snow removal and participation in a year-round after-hours emergency pager rotation will be required.
